Industrial Piping and Code Services is one of the premier providers of boiler and pressure vessel repair and welding services. IPCS is fully authorized by the American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME) and the National Board of Boiler and Pressure Vessel Inspectors to apply welding code stamps. Our authority to apply stamps and welding codes enables us to provide valuable and reliable services to industrial construction and other industries. Through our team of dedicated ASME certified welders, we emphasize the quality of welds and ensure completeness in our finishing processes. We can handle almost all types of boilers and models.

Our ASME Code Welding division offers:
  • ASME and National Board Code welding- “S” stamp, “U” stamp and “R” stamp
  • The "R" stamp allows us to perform routine repairs on boilers, re-tubes and any welded repairs to bring your boiler up to standards. We can even rebuild your boiler if needed
  • The "S" stamp allows us to assemble power boilers (over 15-psi steam, 160-psi water and temperature exceeding 250°F) as per ASME standards
  • The “U” stamp allows fabrication of unfired pressure vessels
IPCS consists of an array of shop and field equipment to meet the custom design requirements.

Our new spray paint booth enables us to provide a superior and consistent quality finish to our products. The booth is constructed with 18 gauge galvanized steel, mounted on galvanized floor rails, an exhaust system with a 32” diameter tube-axial fan, fifteen (15) intake filters of 20” x 20” and twelve (12) light fixtures mounted on clear tempered glass. The booth meets or exceeds BOCA, OSHA, & NFPA-33 safety specifications.
